Product Updates

Portfolio Management

Track lease information, anticipate rent escalations, and never miss a renewal date.

📝 Invoice upload and assignment: Users now have the ability to upload any office-related invoice to FlexDesk and associate that invoice with an office lease for the purpose of tracking TCRE (Total Cost of Real Estate).

🤝 NetSuite integration: Users can now utilize an integration with NetSuite (powered by Merge) to programmatically push all office-related invoices into FlexDesk.

🔥 UI enhancements: Users now have functionality for adding pro rata rents, discount factors, default clause names, amendments, and visualizing the rent schedule over time.

Utilization Intelligence

Leverage existing badge access systems to automatically track attendance, RTO compliance, and make smarter renewal decisions.

📰 Pre-configured CSV templates: FlexDesk continues to grow its library of pre-configured CSV upload templates - including Paxton, WeWork, Genetec, and Sentrion.

⚒️ Daily HR sync: All HRIS integrations now sync daily by default, keeping customer data up to date. Users can select whether to override or preserve values in FlexDesk.

💥 UI enhancements: Users now have additional reporting functionality, including more comprehensive aggregate & average metrics across locations.

Coworking Management

Provide employees with drop-in access to thousands of coworking locations within one booking interface. Maintain spend controls and consolidated billing.

🌐 Heat Map Overlay: Admins can now visualize the density/quantity of employee locations (based on zip code) through a heat map overlay.

✨ UI enhancements: Users now have additional reporting functionality, including filtering spend/bookings data by office and coworking brand, as well as horizontal scrolling to visualize bookings and spend over time.

Enterprise Security + Functionality

FlexDesk is committed to providing best-in-class enterprise controls for its growing customer base.

🪪 Authentication: FlexDesk now supports a wide selection of authentication mechanisms - including Okta, Google, Microsoft, magic auth, and more.

⚙️ User management: FlexDesk now supports SCIM endpoints for organizations to fetch, add, update, and delete users programmatically.

🔏 Access control: Admins now have the ability to designate different roles within their organization (viewers, editors, etc)
