Portfolio Management

🚀 Product Launch: Portfolio Management is now generally available! Manage lease information, make rent payments, track invoices, and unlock portfolio insights all via FlexDesk. Check out the announcement here.

📝 Shareable Reports: Admins can now generate custom reports for specific audiences and grant view/edit access.

‍

🔔 Notification Settings: Admins can now customize their alerts workflow for key dates for both email and in-app push notifications.

‍

⚙️️ Portal for Brokers & Lease Administrators: Tenant rep brokers and lease administrators can now view and manage accounts on behalf of their clients.

Utilization Intelligence

🚀 Product Launch: FlexDesk launched its Utilization Intelligence solution! Leverage existing badge access systems to automatically track attendance, RTO compliance, and make smarter renewal decisions. Check out the announcement here.

🤝 Native Integrations: FlexDesk continues to grow its list of direct integrations for capturing attendance data - including Brivo and Prey Project.

‍

💡 Combined Office + Coworking Attendance Data: Customers of both Utilization Intelligence and Coworking Management products can now aggregate usage data for a holistic view of utilization patterns across internal offices and external coworking spaces.

🔒 PII Anonymization: Admins can hide user information at either the reporting level, or during the ingest process such that any identifiable information never reaches FlexDesk’s database.

Coworking Management

🌐 Additional Inventory: FlexDesk continues to expand its bookable inventory - maintaining a worldwide network of 7,000 coworking locations in 1,800 cities and 100 countries, including WeWork, Regus/IWG, and local brands.

✨ Company Favorites: Favorite locations amongst company employees are automatically ranker higher to encourage serendipitous meetups.

‍

🔥 Enhanced Reporting: Admins now have a number of additional insights to track their coworking booking behaviors - including toggles for use date vs. book date and utilization metrics by country and city.

‍

🗺️ Map Overlay: Admins can now view FlexDesk coworking locations alongside internal company offices and employee locations to assist with planning meetups and other initiatives.
